Indicator One:
This means how much time it takes before the meal is ready. It does not mean how much time YOU spend. So if something needs to set overnight, it's 'not quick' even though it might be very easy to prepare.

Quick = Ready within 30 minutes

Medium Quick = Ready with 30-60 minutes

Not Quick = Anything beyond 60 minutes. Typically these are items that need to set in the fridge or freezer.
Indicator Two:
This is how much time you'll be spending creating the meal. An item might be quick once it's in the oven, but if you have to chop a bunch of stuff, it's still medium prep.
